Provide tier one support for networking, systems and data center operations, monitoring and analyzing performance and connectivity of devices. Monitor servers to insure that all hardware and software applications are functioning appropriately. Monitor IS data centers for security, temperature, power and cooling.
Monitor all types of alarms (fire, security and temperature, equipment) for the University. Activate the University’s internal tornado watch and warnings systems when conditions warrant.
