The transition to the new voicemail system on Thursday, April 2, 2009, was successful. Over 12,000 calls were processed the first day! If you haven't set up your new voice mailbox-follow the directions on the right.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
- CALL 2-7200 or (402) 472-7200 from off-campus.
- Follow the prompt to register your new voice mailbox and record a new greeting.
THE DEFAULT SECURITY CODE IS:

The first time you log into the new voicemail system, you will hear a tutorial that will step you through the system basics such as changing your password and recording your personal greeting.

The Web Interface
New System - New Features
This new system brings with it a variety of new features and functions. For example, if you accidently delete a voicemail message, it is not immediately erased from the system. You will be able to stay connected with coworkers using the "find me/follow me" feature. The speech-enabled auto-attendant functionality allows callers to say the name of the department or individual to quickly reach the appropriate contact.
